North Yorkshire Council Statement of Community involvement: Consultation Draft

i)the preparation of the local plan for North Yorkshire;

The draft SCI has been prepared in consultation with planning officers from the former districts and county council.
Subject to Executive agreement a 4-6 week consultation process will be carried out with the community and other interested organisations in accordance with Town Planning regulations and legislation.

The Planning Service has a consultee database that holds details of persons and organisations who have an interest in the preparation of the local plan for North Yorkshire. Consultation will take place with the relevant parties on that database and in accordance with Town Planning regulations and legislation and meeting of the Executive.
